HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY LOUDSPEAKERS?

Because of the exceptional finish of Vienna Acoustics loudspeakers, we recommend you treat your speaker in exactly the same way you would treat a piece of fine furniture. Use a superfine aerosol polish (Autoglym ® Instant Show Shine is particularly good) sprayed directly on to a high quality lint free cloth to clean the cabinet. Please take good care that you never apply polish directly to the loudspeaker as it may damage the sensitive drive units or terminals.

HOW CAN I GET MY LOUDSPEAKERS SERVICED?

You should contact the retailer that you purchased your loudspeakers from and they will be able to arrange this. It is always a good idea to retain all original packaging so that if your loudspeakers need to be shipped anywhere, they will be properly protected.
